How do I use the discount code from the store to shop on Amazon?
If you’ve received a discount code through our online store, click the link to be redirected to Amazon. The code will automatically be applied. However, if the discount is not automatically applied, you can copy the code and paste it on the Amazon checkout page to enjoy the discount.

What is the status of my order?
Once you've placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.

Can I change my order?
Orders can only be modified if they haven't been processed for shipping. Once the status of your order is "preparing for shipping," "shipping," or "delivered," we cannot accept any changes.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following two main payment methods:
PayPal
Ceryss primarily uses PayPal to process secure payments. Through PayPal, we accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Discover.

Secure Credit Card Payment
We also accept credit card payments using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Which currency will I be charged in?
All transactions are processed in USD. If your credit or debit card uses another currency, your bank will apply the corresponding conversion rate.

Do you offer 3 or 4 times payment options?
We accept payment in 3 installments.

SHIPPING

Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide, including Asia, North & Central America, Europe, and Oceania. Payments can be made via PayPal or credit card.
Please note: Amazon orders are currently only available for shipping within the United States.

How long does it take to ship my order?
After placing your order, it usually takes 3 to 7 days to process. Shipping time depends on the delivery method chosen.

How can I track my package?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor the status of your order.

What if I'm not home?
If you're not home when the delivery arrives, the delivery will be attempted again the following day, or the delivery partner will contact you to schedule a new delivery date. If the package cannot be delivered to you, you may need to pick it up from your local post office.

RETURNS

Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept returns under the following conditions:

The item was purchased from our online store.
The item is unused.
The return request is made within 14 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact customer service.

Can I exchange an item?
Exchanges are accepted under the same conditions as returns. To request an exchange, please specify that you wish to exchange the item when contacting our support team.

Are returns free?
Return shipping is free in some cases. If the return is not due to an error on our part, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Please contact customer service for the return address, then securely package the item with proof of purchase.

How long does it take to process a return?
Returns are processed within 14 days of receiving the package at our warehouse. Once your return is accepted, refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued within 14 days.

Please Note: If your purchase was made via Amazon, the return process will be handled directly through Amazon's return policy.
